Turning Assets into Cash

The Wealth DNA Radio Show is dedicated to helping you increase your wealth, as well as educating savers & investors.  We’ve invited a guest to discuss a very interesting form of Asset Based Lending, and a another source of OPM that we haven’t cover on any prior shows. You’ve seen 100’s of such lenders at the low-end of the industry, but we’ll be talking about the high-end.

Our guest is Marc Israel co-founder and investor in Biltmore Loan & Jewelry. With his degree in accounting & experience at Price Waterhouse, I would not have predicted his diverse career path. Marc has been involved in manufacturing Western wear, coffee brewers, and iced tea machines. After cashing out his stake in one of the companies, he stated a new business, grew it for 5 years and again sold that stake. He went into sales for several years in the beverage industry he knew so well. I suspect it was during a brainstorming session over stronger beverages that his current business was born. To learn from this accountant turned entrepreneur, grab a cup of coffee, glass of ice tea, or your favorite beverage and join us for the discussion on Turning Assets to Cash
