As we heard in our last show, Asset Based Lenders tend to specialize in certain types or categories of assets that their accept as collateral for their loans. For this show we decided to invite someone who is both an investor and is involved with real estate lending on a daily basis. He did his 1st asset based loan more than 40 years ago, and has created an income stream for life … which we refer to as the Financial Holy Grail. Are you curious who we’ve invited?
